To request: You have the right to request I supply you with the information I have collected GDPR To be forgotten: You have the right if you choose to cancel receiving the newsletter to also request that all your data be removed from the system I used to generate and send my newsletter. GDPR data breach notification: notification within 72 hours. |
Most of my readers are not members of the EU (European Union) and/or covered under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements of email advertising. However, I thought it prudent and appropriate to include all my newsletter readers with the rules governing email marketing. The new rules for the EU and GDPR are not unreasonable or calling for me to do anything different than I have already or would be willing to do. |
